STATEMENT IN SUPPORT OF MOTION FOR ORDER CONFIRMING CHAPTER 13 PLAN

COMES NOW the above-named debtor(s) and makes the following unsworn statement under penalty of perjury in support of the Motion for Order Confirming Plan: That the undersigned(s) has paid in full the filing fee and any associated miscellaneous fees, and has commenced making payments 30 days after the filing of the plan or the petition for relief to the Chapter 13 Trustee as proposed by the plan; and That the undersigned(s) has proposed the plan in good faith, and to best of the undersigned(s)'s knowledge and belief is not by any means forbidden by law; and That the undersigned(s) will be able to make all payments required under the plan, and will comply with the provisions of the plan; and That the undersigned(s) has paid all domestic support obligations required to be paid by a judicial or administrative order or by a statute that first became payable after the date of the filing of the petition for relief, or that the undersigned(s) owes no domestic support obligations; and That the undersigned(s) has filed all federal, state or local tax returns required to be filed for all taxable periods ending during the 4-year period ending on the date of the filing of the petition for relief.
