additional ten clays, to and Including October 7, 2004, to file at Response in Opposition to the
U PIztintift"s Motion to Vzteute dated August I2, 2004.
Good eanse exists for the granting ofthis motion in that the time Iétniration in question
cannot reasonabie be met despite the diiigence of counsel and eaten det`endz.mt for the reasons
stated in the .I)efen<.Iants' motion of August I3, 2004. Additionally, the parties heve agreed to

Einiited discovery on the matters raised in Plaintiffs Motion to Veczite. Due to seheduiiiag

motion.
