Pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 7 § (b), the Defendants in
E the above-captioned matter hereby respectfully request a thirty (3 0) day Extension of
Time within which to File an Objection to Plaintilfs Motion For Attorney’s Fees
filed on November 22, 2005.
This is the Defendants’ first request for an Extension of Time to object to
Plaintiffs Motion for Attorney’s Fees. Defendant has been unable to obtain the
Plaintiffs position regarding this Motion.
