Section 11.32, Property Tax Code, provides an exemption from taxation on part or all of the assessed value of property on which approved water conservation initiatives, desalination projects, or brush control inititatives have been implemented. This application covers property you owned on January 1 of this year. You must file the completed application between January 1 and April 30 of this year.
