Court noting that the notice of appeal was tiled on October 25, 20 4,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the court reporter shall file. th the Clerk ofthe District I
Court within 30 days from receipt of the transcript order those tran cripts ordered pursuant to
FRAP l0(b) (1). Any motions by the court reporter to extend the ime to file the transcripts
shall be made no less than seven (7) days before the transcripts a e due, unless exceptional
circumstances exist. {
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel shall forward . copy of any amendment,

l IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within ten (10) days of e tiling of the notice of
