approved in advance by the U.S. Probation Office, 3) The defendant will particip_ te in a program of mental health evaluation, l

Comnliissioner reported that Mr. Piccirillo is scheduled to be arraigned in Meriden - uperior Court on Monday January 1 0, 2005,
with the recommendation of a $75,000 bond.
