MOTION FOR MODIFICATION OF SCHEDULIN G RDER
The plaintiff hereby moves for modification of the Scheduling Order, filed jointly
by plaintiff and defendants, dated November 19, 2003, to extend to zirch 1, 2004 the p
deadline for deposing of fact witnesses. The current deadline is Ianu I 31, 2004.
Plaintiff currently wishes to depose defendants Douglas Clark and Ro lert Castle, plus the
police chief of Granby, and, because of scheduling conflicts on the p of counsel, it is .
unlikely that these can be done before the end of this month. I
