The purpose of this form is to identify all of the source specific operating agreement requirements for 326 IAC 2-9-5. Part C: Compliance Details Part C identifies the obligations for compliance with the requirements of 326 IAC 2-9-5.
I will comply with the requirements of 326 IAC 2-9-5 by carrying out the following set of requirements.
Process Limitations: 326 IAC 2-9-5 (2), (3) and (4) · · · All abrasive cleaning operations shall be totally enclosed. Emissions of particulate matter shall not exceed one-hundredth (0.01) grain per actual cubic foot per minute. Air flow shall not exceed forty thousand (40,000) actual cubic feet per minute.
Record Keeping Requirements: 326 IAC 2-9-5(5) The source shall maintain records on the types of air pollution control devices used at the source and the operation and maintenance manuals for those devices.
