Petitioner requests that administration of the estate be converted to independent administration without the filing of an account. *Petitioner requests that letters of office as independent representative be issued to the petitioner for the purpose of continuing administration. *Petitioner requests that letters of office previously issued stand to read independent administration for the purpose of closing the estate. Petitioner files herewith the final report.
