Print a Blank Biennial Report
You can now print a blank biennial report for your entity to complete and mail to the Corporations Section with the applicable taxes or fees. Click on the link below to search the database for your entity. Search Corporations Database You may search by name or Alaska Entity #. When you bring up your entity, click on blue heading "Print Blank Biennial Report." The report is in a new format. You will see the officers and directors, members, managers or partners printed on the top half of the report. If there are no changes to the report, simply check the box that indicates there are no changes and submit the report with the taxes or fees. Please remember that you cannot change the registered agent information, number of authorized shares or NAICS code using the Biennial Report.
