having been found in the possession of the above named defendant and, having on this _____ day of ___________, ______, been declared a nuisance, YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED, in accordance with the provisions of Penal Code Sections 12028, 12029, and 12030, to destroy the weapons or to deliver the weapons to the Department of Justice Crime Laboratory in Santa Barbara, California, it appearing to the Court that the Department of Justice Crime Laboratory has specific need for these weapons in the development of a weapons collection for the purpose of bullet projectile comparison. The above described weapon shall be destroyed or used only in accordance with this order.
