Litan, Ph.D., Kaufman Foundation, 4801 Rockhill Road, Kansas City, MO 64110, (816)932-1179, as an expert witness it may call at the trial of this matter. Dr. Litan's current curriculum vitae,
including a list of his publications and testimony, is attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Expert Witness
Identification filed herein on August 31, 1999 by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, in which Dr. Litan was identified as an expert witness, is attached hereto as Exhibit B, and is incorporated by reference. Dr. Litan is compensated
at the rate of $550 per hour for both his preparation and testimony.
