The parties met in Washington, D.C. for a settlement conference on Friday March 2, 2007. The parties were not able to reach a

settlement during the meeting, but are involved in ongoing settlement discussions. Undersigned counsel has consulted with counsel for the Government, who has indicated that he concurs in this status report. Pursuant to the Court's aforementioned order, the parties will file another status report with the Court in sixty (60) days and every sixty days thereafter pending settlement.
