JOINT STATUS REPORT

Pursuant to the Court's order of March 10, 2008, the parties respectfully submit this joint status report. The parties have executed a settlement agreement in this case, pursuant to which the Government will be taking corrective action very shortly. Within five days of that occurrence, in accordance with the terms of the settlement agreement, plaintiff will move to dismiss its complaint with prejudice. The parties, therefore, expect full resolution of this case within a week.
