The Shirley Abdo-Arrow Family have retained and executed

attorney retainer agreements with Ron Volesky and Gary Montana for substitution of legal counsel in this matter and Shirley Abdo-Arrow filed an affidavit attached to the previously filed Motion to Substitute Counsel, which was filed hard copy pursuant to this Court's Order Dkt No. 422. 2. Shirley Abdo-Arrow is the spokesperson for her family and as indicated in

the attached affidavit to the originally filed Motion to Substitute Counsel, which is hereby incorporated by reference, executed attorney retainer agreements with new counsel and have terminated attorney retainer agreements previously executed with Mr. Garrett Horn. (See, attached Exhibit "A", original Motion to Substitute Counsel, Dkt No. 422) 3. The Defendant, United States, replied to said Motion to Substitute Counsel

on February 23, 2007, indicating that there existed mis-spelled names of individuals and also some names which could not be found on the motions and Complaints in Intervention filed by Mr. Garrett Horn. 4. Due the fact that movants attorneys were not privy to the previously filed

motions and Complaints in Intervention filed by Mr. Garrett Horn, they were not completely sure that the names listed by Ms. Shirley Abdo were correct as to spelling and as to names which appeared on previous filed motions and Complaints in Intervention by Mr. Garrett Horn. 5. Based upon the foregoing the movant's attorneys hereby submit the

following amended list of individuals and their minors for substitution of counsel

purposes with certain corrections substantively made based upon review of the previously filed listing by Ms. Shirley Abdo-Arrow: 1. Aleena Zephier (No.15) and Jacob J. Abdo (No.20 ) were add-on minors

not listed on Mr. Horn's previously filed motions or Complaints in Intervention. 8. According to Ms. Shirley Abdo-Arrow Megan Hope Abdo (No. 29) a

minor did not appear on Mr. Horn's previously filed motions or Complaints in Intervention, as the minor was born in July, 2006. 9. The movant's attorneys have deleted the names of Paul Henry Denney,

Theodore Denney, Larry Ike Denney and Daniel John Denney for purposes of the Motion to Amend the previously filed Motion to Substitute Counsel (Dkt. No. 422) based upon the alleged fact that they have executed attorney agreements with Mr. Horn. 10. All individual names of adults and their minor children are now found and

have been added to the Revised Amended Third Complaint of the movant's attorneys filed on March 8, 2007 (Dkt. No. 435). 11. Based upon the foregoing and pursuant to RCFC 15(a)(b) and RCFC 83.1
