DEFENDANT'S SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO MOTION TO SUBSTITUTE LEGAL COUNSEL (Dkt 424) Defendant, the United States, submits this memorandum to supplement its response to the Motion To Substitute Legal Counsel filed by "the Shirley Abdo-Arrow Family" (Dkt No. 424), which response was electronically filed on this date, as Dkt No. 430. "Objections To Motion To Substitute Counsel" were electronically filed on this date as Dkt. No. 429, shortly before the United States's initial response to the motion (Dkt. No. 430) was electronically filed. Particularly in view of the timing of the filing of those papers relative to each other, the United States wishes to make clear that it takes no position with respect to the proposed substitution of counsel per se (as distinct from the party issues the United States identified in its earlier-filed response), nor with respect to the matters raised in the "Objections To Motion To Substitute Counsel" filed on this date as Dkt. No. 429.
