The Court has reviewed the Motion for Payment of Receiver' Fees and Expenses dated April s 17, 2007, and the Receiver' Sixth Application for Fees and Expenses attached thereto and, being s advised in the premises, finds that the amount requested by the Receiver for its professional fees and out-of-pocket expenses during the period January 1, 2007 through March 31, 2007 is reasonable. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall pay $34,583.85 to Patten, MacPhee & Associates, Inc., which funds are to be drawn first from the interest portion of the funds held in the registry of this Court under this case name and number.
