Barbee, Chapter 7 Trustee's, Third Unopposed Motion (Doc. 798) and Jamie Goldstein's Fourth Motion (Doc. 799) for Extension of Time File Response to Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 776). Having reviewed the Motions and being sufficiently advised thereon, I GRANT the Motions and ORDER that John P. Barbee, Trustee, and Jamie Goldstein shall both have until March 10, 2006, to file their responses to Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment. In the future, for ease of reference and electronic recordkeeping, form orders prepared for the court and submitted to [email protected] in Word or Wordperfect format must include a specific reference by docket number to each motion they purport to address.
