Court's findings on violations 1,2 and 3. Mr. Mackey states government does not object to Court continuing sentencing. Defendant does not object. ORDERED: Violations No. 1, 2 and 3 are proven. Defendant will be returned to the custody of El Paso County authorities. Probation Officer shall submit a status report on the El Paso County criminal case at the conclusion of the February 21, 2008 hearing. Matter continued for sentencing. Court in recess.
