The Court, having considered that Unopposed Motion, hereby GRANTS it and ORDERS that the Motions for Attorney Fees filed by the Anglo Defendants and Defendant Golden Cycle Gold Corporation have the same effect under Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 4(a)(4) as a timely motion under Rule 59. Therefore, any appeal of the April 13, 2006 Judgment entered in this case would not be due until thirty (30) days following a ruling on the motions for attorney fees.
