Upon consideration of " Plaintiff' Motion To Require Defendants To Increase The s Amount Of Their Supersedeas Bond,"filed March 22, 2006, and for good cause shown, it is hereby ordered that the motion is granted. Defendants shall increase the amount of their supersedeas bond to $4,577,560 within ten days of the date of this order, to continue a stay of execution of the judgments entered in this proceeding pending appeal. If defendants do not increase the amount of their supersedeas bond to such amount within ten days of the date of this order, plaintiff shall be entitled to execute and enforce the judgments entered in this proceeding.
