MOTION TO DISMISS WRIT OF GARNISHMENT

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 3205(c)(9)(B), Federal Debt Collection Procedures Act of 1990, Plaintiff, United States of America, hereby moves to dismiss the Writ of Garnishment. 1. Judgment was entered herein on October 11. 2000, in the amount of $9,015.40, plus interest and costs. 2. The Court issue a Writ of Garnishment on April 14, 2008, directed to the defendant's employer, Animal Critical Care & Emergency Services. 3. The garnishment should be dismissed because the defendant is no longer employed by garnishee.
