As a preliminary matter, the plaintiff ), states that he did not receive a copy of the Minute Order, issued August 3, 2005, wherein the pretrial conference in this case was vacated. The record reflects that a copy of the Minute Order was sent to the plaintiff at his address of record. Nevertheless, the Clerk' Office is directed mail s the plaintiff another copy of the Minute Order. The plaintiff requests that either the pretrial conference be reset or that a trial date be set

in this case. The plaintiff' request is denied. Accordingly, s IT IS ORDERED that the Motion is DENIED.
