The Final Trial Preparation Conference scheduled to begin Sep t ember 6, 2005 and the four-day trial set for September 6, 2005 are VACATED. The parties shall submit a proposed schedule for Plaintiff' disclosure of a new bad faith expert , defendant' deposition of that s s expert and prep arat ion of a response to the new expert' opinions by Defendant' expert. s s This proposed schedule shall be submitted no later than July 8. 2005. The court will reset the Final Trial Preparation Conference and trial date following review of the parties proposal. The parties should be aware that due to an ext ended toxic tort trial scheduled to begin October 3, 2005, Judge Kane currently has no trial dates available from September 26, 2005 through mid-December 2005.
