Client representative for the defendants, Cristina Valencia, present in the courtroom. Discussion why Mr. Smith-Bey did not appear at the last hearing. The Court advises Mr. Smith-Bey that arrangements to appear by telephone need to be a initiated by him and he is responsible for adhering to the Court's orders. Discussion regarding defenses based on the Prisoner Litigation Reform Act.
