Court calls case. The proposed Final Pretrial Order is reviewed. The Plaintiff will testify at trial and is to be listed as a witness. Plaintiff does not object to the Plaintiff' claims set forth in the proposed final pretrial order. s Plaintiff' only objection to Defendants' s claims and defenses set forth in the proposed final pretrial order is to the inclusion of the Steele case. 355 F.3d 1204 (10th Cir., 2003). ORDERED: Defendants'counsel is instructed to go to Judge Krieger' chambers today s to obtain a trial date. Defendants'counsel will incorporate Plaintiff' additions and the changes s made on the record into another proposed final pretrial order and send that order to the plaintiff. Plaintiff is ordered to sign the proposed final pretrial order and return it to defense counsel for filing with the Court. Both sides will be given an opportunity to file motions objecting to the final pretrial order after it is signed and entered.
