It is further ORDERED that plaintiff shall, in writing no later than October 17, 2005, provide defense counsel with: (1) a list of the issues that are to be tried; (2) a list of plaintiff' s witnesses, their addresses and what they will testify to at trial, and: (3) a list of exhibits plaintiff wishes to use as evidence at trial.
