COAN Plaintiff filed a document on June 20, 2005 asserting that defense counsel has not produced documents requested by plaintiff in discovery. On June 29, 2005, the court ordered plaintiff to advise the court what documents he asked the defendants to produce, in accordance with D.C.COLO.LCivR 37.1. Plaintiff filed his " Document Stating Specifically what was Requested from Defendants in Discovery"on June 29, 2005. The court liberally construes plaintiff' June 20, 2005 filing as a motion to compel. Accordingly, it is s HEREBY ORDERED that defendants shall respond to plaintiff' motion to compel, s filed June 20, 2005, on or before August 1, 2005.
