W. Curtis Graves, formerly an employee of Featherstone DeSisto LLP, petitions the Court for leave to withdraw his appearance on behalf of PolyRock Technologies, LLC ( " Named Plaintiff" pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 83.3D. ) , As grounds for this Motion, Mr. Graves states as follows: 1. On June 20, 2005, John A. DeSisto, a partner in the law firm Featherstone

DeSisto LLP, entered an appearance, in writing, as attorney of record for the Named Plaintiff in this proceeding pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 11.1A. (Dkt. No. 23). 2. On June 20, 2005, Mr. Graves entered an appearance on behalf of the Named

Plaintiff while an employee of Featherstone DeSisto to assist Mr. DeSisto in the representation. (Dkt. No. 23). Mr. Graves now wishes to withdraw his appearance on behalf of the Named Plaintiff as he is no longer employed by Featherstone DeSisto.

John DeSisto continues to represent the Named Plaintiff in this proceeding. Mr.

DeSisto has advised the Named Plaintiff of Mr. G ae' r sdeparture from Featherstone DeSisto v and Mr. G ae' r sintention to petition this Court to withdraw. The Named Plaintiff consents to v the petition to withdraw. 5. Pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 83.3D, the notice of withdrawal attached hereto at
