who has no objection to the filing of this Motion or the relief requested. II. Motion for Withdrawal of Motion for Protective Order 1. Based upon this Court's vacatur of the trial scheduled for July 10, 2006, Plaintiff's

counsel has agreed to cancel the depositions and withdraw the subpoenas for the depositions of the following individuals: Margaret Krehbiel;

Based upon Plaintiff's counsel's cancellation of the foregoing depositions and the

withdrawal of the corresponding subpoenas, Defendants' motion for protective order is moot. Accordingly, Defendants hereby withdraw their motion for protective order. WHEREFORE, on grounds stated above, Defendants Rhea, Shoun and Stevenson request that this Court withdraw their Amended Motion for Protective Order (Docket Number 236), and for such other relief as this Court deems proper.
