The Court hereby enters the following Amended Scheduling Order to govern this case pursuant to D.C.Colo.LCivR. 16(b). Except as set forth herein, the Scheduling Order entered nunc pro tunc July 12, 2004, the Amendment to Scheduling Order dated October 15, 2004, and the Second Amendment to Discovery Schedule dated April 5, 2005, remain in effect. The Court amends the Scheduling Order as follows: 1. DATE OF CONFERENCE AND APPEARANCES OF COUNSEL The Scheduling Conference was held on May 7, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. before the Honorable Michael J.
