In the parties' joint submissions to the Court, witness, Dr. Gary Gerber, and witness, W. Kent Mount, were inadvertently omitted. 3. Plaintiffs and Defendant request time be allotted to each witness as noted in attached Exhibit A. 4. Neither party will be prejudiced by the granting of this Motion.
