This matter is before the Court on the Unopposed Motion to Reset Status and Scheduling Conference (Dkt. # 360) filed by Defendant and Counterclaim Plaintiff Joseph M. Alioto. The Court, having reviewed the Motion, and being fully advised in the premises, hereby GRANTS the motion. The status and scheduling conference currently set for October 19, 2006 is RESET to Wednesday, October 25, 2006 at 2:30 p.m. Additionally, counsel are DIRECTED to confer and prepare a joint list of issues to be addressed at the conference.
