JOINT STIPULATED MOTION TO DISMISS Plaintiff and Defendants agreed this matter could be resolved and entered into the agreement reflected by this Stipulation for Dismissal. Plaintiff Robert Gandy, pro se, and Defendants Joe Ortiz, Gary Watkins, Trevor Williams, Lt. Adelman and Dr. Katherine Chittenden, by and through their counsel, the Colorado Attorney General, hereby stipulate and agree to dismissal of all of Plaintiff's claims in this action against Defendants, with prejudice, each such party to pay their own costs and fees. These parties also hereby move the Court to enter an Order of Dismissal with Prejudice respecting all claims against Defendant in this litigation. Dated this 23rd day of January, 2006.
