Page Two 04-CR-00433-WDM January 10, 2006 Mr. Baker advises on behalf of defendant Rafael Saenz-Ortiz, that a disposition in principle has been reached, but requests 45 days to allow time to review agreement with defendant and the immigration attorney, assisting in this case. Mr. Littman,on behalf of defendant Maribel Garcia requests additional time to explore immigration ramifications before filing a notice of disposition. Ms. Eskesen, on behalf defendant Raul Beltran-Franco, requests additional time to renegotiate defendant' plea agreement. s Mr. Steinberg, on behalf of defendant Jorge Corona requests the Court set a motions deadline and motions hearing. ORDERED: Defendants Rafael Saenz-Ortiz and Maribel Garcia are directed to schedule a status conference or change of plea hearing within 45 days from today. ORDERED: Defendant Raul Beltran-Franco is directed to chambers to schedule trial, consistent with speedy trial deadlines.
