The defendant moves to stay these proceedings and requests an opportunity to file a motion to reconsider the Court' order denying the Motion to Withdraw. s ORDER: Defendant' request to stay these proceedings is GRANTED. The sentencing s hearing is reset for 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 3, 2006 in Courtroom A901, 19th Street, Denver, Colorado. Mr. Varholak will have until the close of business on October 20, 2006 to file any motion for reconsideration, if he chooses to do so.
