Caswell, who has entered an appearance in this action on behalf of Claimant Aurora Loan Services ("ALS"), requests entry of an order permitting her to withdraw as counsel of record for ALS. undersigned states as follows: 1. counsel of record regarding this motion. There are no objections to this motion. 2. The undersigned entered her appearance in this matter while employed

with the law firm of Lowe, Fell & Skogg, LLC in conjunction with Kenneth K. Skogg, also of that firm. At all times in this action, Mr. Skogg has served as primary counsel for ALS and the undersigned assisted Mr. Skogg in the case. 3. The undersigned has joined a new law firm, Faegre & Benson LLP, and is

no longer employed by Lowe, Fell & Skogg. Mr. Skogg is still employed with the law firm of

Lowe, Fell & Skogg and remains as counsel for ALS. Because Mr. Skogg is ALS's primary counsel and continues to represent them in this matter, the undersigned has no longer been retained by ALS. WHEREFORE, Brandee L. Caswell requests that the Court enter an order permitting her to withdraw as counsel for ALS in this matter and for such further and different relief as the Court deems appropriate.
