ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Unopposed Motion of Movant, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., for a 1-day extension of time to file its Response to the Notice of Forfeiture from December 15, 2005 to December 16, 2006, and the Court finds that said motion is well taken, is not opposed by the United States of America, and should be granted. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Motion of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. for a 1day extension of time to file its Petition in Response to the Notice of Forfeiture is hereby granted and Movant shall have until December 16, 2006 to file its Petition.
