ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Unopposed Motion of Movant, Twentieth Century Mortgage, Inc., for a five day extension of time to file its Petition to Amend the Order of Forfeiture from January 7, 2006 to January 12, 2006, and the Court finds that said motion is well taken, is not opposed by the United States of America, or by counsel for Flagstar Bank FSB or Gerald Small and should be granted. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Motion of Twentieth Century Mortgage, Inc. for a five day extension of time to file its Petition to Amend the Order of Forfeiture is hereby granted and Movant shall have until January 12, 2006 to file its Response.
