REGARDING FURTHER EXTENSION OF BRIEFING SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, the Court has entered an order setting a brieilng schedule for the above-
captioned bankruptcy appeal (the "Scheduling Orcler," Docket N0. 8);
WHEREAS, the Appellant and Appellees previously agreed to a brietlng schedule
different from the Scheduling Order (the "StipuIated Scheduling Orde1:," Docket No. 9);
INHEREAS, the Appellant and Appellees have agreed to further extend the briefing
schedule set forth in the Stlpulated Scheduling Order;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed that the following brietlng
schedule shall be established:
