Mr. Gainor argues that defendant' exemplary behavior over time at the halfway house does s constitute new information. Court reviews standards of Bail Reform Act and asks for case law from counsel. Mr. Kirsch argues that compliance with conditions of release does not constitute a changed circumstance under the Bail Reform Act. ORDERED: · Defendant' Second Motion to Modify Conditions of Release (doc #736) is GRANTED. s · Defendant is continued on bond with the following modifications: 1. Defendant may have part-time employment, but all proposed employment must have prior approval by Pre-trial Services and the Government. 2. Defendant shall have no internet access. 3. Defendant shall continue to maintain residence at the halfway house, subsistence for which shall be determined by Pre-trial Services. 4. 24-hour lockdown at the halfway house shall be lifted to allow defendant time to
