The matter before the court is Government's Motion To Correct/Amend The Third Supplemental Scheduling Order [#727] filed April 26, 2006. IT IS ORDERED as follows: 1. That Government's Motion To Correct/Amend The Third Supplemental Scheduling Order [#727] filed April 26, 2006, IS GRANTED; 2. That the Third Supplemental Scheduling Order [#724] entered April 24, 2006, IS AMENDED at page 2, paragraph 1, to provide as follows: 1. That by May 5, 2006, the government shall respond to defendants' oral motion to provide a non-binding list of witnesses that the government anticipates calling at trial; 3. That defendants MAY RESPOND by May 4, 2006, to the government's proposal that it provide defendants with a tentative, non-binding list of anticipated government witnesses by December 1, 2006, see Motion at 2, ¶ 4, and that defendants (excluding defendant Beros) reciprocate by December 31, 2006, see id.
