ORDER REGARDING DEFENDANT'S MOTION IN LIMINE NUMBER TWO TO REDACT REFERENCES TO JURY VERDICTS, DAMAGE AWARDS AND SETTLEMENT AMOUNTS

THIS MATTER coming before the Court on the Defendant's Motion in Limine
Number Two to Redact References to Jury Verdicts, Damage Awards and Settlement
Amounts, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,

HEREBY ORDERS that the Motion is GRANTED. Wherefore, this Court Orders
redaction of attached Exhibits A & B as Defendant has suggested by highlighting the

prejudicial portions. This Court further orders that Plaintiffs may not offer any evidence
or make any argument at trial or in the jury's presence, concerning or relating to prior
jury verdicts, awards or settlement amounts in unrelated cases.
