Defendants' discovery responses are due to Plaintiffs on or before April 18, 2007. 2. 3. The Parties are scheduled to participate in mediation on June 1, 2007. Plaintiffs have appealed the athelete claims to the Tenth Circuit. The opening

brief is due on May 2, 2007.
