On August 29, 2005, Magistrate Judge Boyd Boland issued an Order stating that the parties are to file a quarterly status report. 2. The parties are scheduled to participate in a settlement mediation conference in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals on April 12, 2006. 3. 4. Appellants' brief is due on April 28, 2006. Appellee's response brief is due 30 days after receipt of Appellants' brief.
