TELEPHONIC STATUS CONFERENCE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT PLACED ON THE RECORD Court in Session: 9:30 a.m. Court calls case. Telephonic appearance of counsel. Also on the conference call is the Plaintiff, Ms. Giannola. The Court had previously held a settlement conference with the parties. Discussion is held regarding the settlement agreement which has been reached. Court questions Plaintiff and her attorney as to their understanding and agreement with the terms stated. Court questions Defense counsel as to their understanding and agreement with the terms stated. Court requests confirmation from all parties as to their understanding of and agreement with the terms as the Court has stated, and all participants indicate in the affirmative. It is ORDERED: Stipulated Motion of Dismissal and a proposed Order of Dismissal are to be submitted to the Court on or before AUGUST 28, 2006.
