Court' preliminary remarks. s Court states current status of the case and asks counsel what is necessary to proceed to trial. 10:01 a.m. Mr. Brooks states Sun Microsystems is in the process of acquiring Storage Technology Corporation and parties have had settlement discussions. 10:05 a.m. Mr. Nation states pending motions need to be decided prior to a trial and a revised scheduling order would be helpful. Mr. Nation informs the Court that Sun Microsystems is the defendant' third largest customer. s Counsel estimate two weeks for trial. ORDERED: Two week jury trial is scheduled February 27, 2006.
