Storage Technology Corporation ("StorageTek") moves the Court to set a scheduling conference. In support of this motion, StorageTek states 1. 2. StorageTek filed its Complaint on April 15, 2005. Defendant, Quantum Corporation ("Quantum") answered the Complaint and

filed counter claims on May 6, 2003. 3. 4. All fact and expert discovery is completed. The case is ready for trial. The trial will be a jury trial.

StorageTek asks the Court to hold a scheduling conference to set a trial date for the case. StorageTek has tried to contact counsel for Quantum to obtain Quantum's consent, but was unable to reach Quantum's counsel. BROOKS KUSHMAN P.C.
