Discussion regarding disclaimers not yet filed by certain parties. Discussion regarding tax issues pending. ORDER: Defendant La Plata County Treasurer shall file a disclaimer consistent with its representation that there are no taxes owed by November 17, 2006. Defendants Atmos Energy and Colorado Ute Electric Association, People' s Natural Gas Company and Board of County Commissioner shall file disclaimers by December 15, 2006. Plaintiff United States and defendant Qwest (f/k/a Colorado Telephone Company) shall have completed the stipulation that recognizes Qwest' easements by s December 15, 2006. The United States shall file an acceptance of service for the remaining named defendants that have not yet been served with the Fourth Amended Complaint by November 27, 2006. The parties shall file a revised final pretrial order that reflects the events and deadlines discussed at the final pretrial conference by November 27, 2006. ORDER: All settlement documentation must be signed and filed before the trial date before the Court will issue an order dismissing the case. If the documentation regarding settlement is not filed prior to the trial date, the parties will appear at trial and the matter will be dismissed by the Court for lack of prosecution. Court in recess.
