SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENT

COMES NOW, undersigned counsel, on behalf of Plaintiff Rockie Lee Zimmerman, and hereby acknowledges payment of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00), which constitutes full satisfaction of judgment in the above-captioned matter. The Judgment was ordered by the Court on November 14, 2006, due to Plaintiff's acceptance of a statutory offer of settlement made on September 20, 2006, and accepted on September 27, 2006, within the prescribed ten day period. Said acceptance occurred after dismissal of all claims against all Defendants as a matter of law on September 26, 2006. This Satisfaction of Judgment therefore does not represent any finding or admission of liability regarding Officers John L. Chadbourne II, Rudy Fannin, Josh Benner, Mr. Lawrence, Mr. Dazey, Mr. Steckler, both individually and professionally, the City of Colorado Springs, their employees, administrators, agents, heirs and assigns.
